为拍拖推掉不少工作，又无缘《东西宫略》夏迎春一角，年尾周丽淇突然发力，除了与谢天华忙拍《女警爱作战》，之后还会内地拍剧，明年更会推出唱片。
信息时报(微博)讯 跟郑嘉颖(微博)分手后，32岁的周丽淇(微博)2009年在姐姐周汶锜的穿针引线之下，认识一位姓卓的纱厂太子爷Eric。由于卓父和卓母不太喜欢娱乐圈女星，令心急入门的周丽淇推走不少工作，以求博得男友家欢心。有香港周刊前日称，周丽淇早前去巴黎看时装秀时，更到处看婚纱，回到香港又一厢情愿向朋友宣布喜讯，结果临门一脚还是逼婚失败，回到香港就说分了手。
据悉，Eric父亲卓仕章为金徽毛纱贸易有限公司老板，1986年创业，于东莞有幢三层的毛纱厂。而卓父及卓母亦持有现市值3000万港币的西贡碧涛花园大宅及两项分别位于长沙湾及葵涌的地铺以及工厦物业，合共约市值4000万。但卓家一向低调，拍拖3年来虽然Eric口口声声说会娶周丽淇，但卓家两老就极力阻止。去年卓家两老被媒体追问对周丽淇的评价，卓父想了想才说，“谁来的？不认识啊！”对此知情者也说：“Eric父母觉得娱乐圈复杂，他们拍拖以来，周丽淇都没去过男友在西贡的家，反而Eric就经常去周丽淇租住的曼克顿山。而且Eric开始承接家族生意，又怎么会那么快就想被人箍住？”
正式嫁人无望，周丽淇唯有“复出”赚钱。最近接下新剧《女警爱作战》，更找到死党Marianne王敏慧(梅艳芳生前经理人)做经理人，主要接内地工作。Marianne早前强调周丽淇工作不断，但对于与Eric分手，她就说：“我不知道她有男朋友啊，她现在是单身！”
