本报讯记者 林艳雯 美国有《功夫熊猫》，中国有《运动肥侠》。在2012年伦敦奥运会即将到来，作为中国首部体育运动喜剧的电视剧《运动肥侠》近日在横店开机。虽然是体育运动题材，但该剧的主演却由三个“胖子”组成，由吴孟达、王东方、杜海涛(微博)领衔的胖墩军团来到北宋年间，上演一场场惊心动魄的体育大战。
蹴鞠赛、脚斗士、五禽戏、博弈盘、狮龙会……剧中将真实还原中华民族传统的各种体育项目，因此也受到国家体育总局的大力支持。不仅如此，该剧将请到著名足球评论员李承鹏(微博)和多位奥运冠军前来客串一把。
谈到昔日的老搭档星爷，吴孟达低调表示，自己已有一年没有和周星驰联系。至于《新大话西游》，星爷也从未邀请吴孟达参演，但他坦言：“如果有需要，我还是会帮忙。”
